This page has information regarding your Anaesthetist.
In preparation for your upcoming procedure you will be provided with hospital admission details. This includes information regarding the Anaesthetist who will be responsible for your anaesthetic on the day.
In order to prepare for your procedure, please familiarise yourself with your specific Anaesthetists' typical pre-operative contact methods.
Once you have been booked for your procedure, please complete this questionnaire, ensuring you select Dr Celine Baber as your Anaesthetist.
Dr Baber will typically call you the evening before your procedure, and will see you on the day of.
Once you have been booked for your procedure, you will be emailed a questionnaire and cost estimate by Dr Booth.
If required, Dr Booth will call you prior to your procedure, otherwise will see you the day of.

Once you have been booked for your procedure, please complete this questionnaire, ensuring you select Dr Tom Corcoran as your Anaesthetist.

Once you have been booked for your procedure, Dr Green will email you a questionnaire to complete. You will also receive a cost estimate, invoice, and an Informed Financial Consent form, directly from Dr Green.
Dr Green may call you prior to your procedure, and will see you on the day of.

Please contact the rooms of Dr Ha once your procedure booking is confirmed. You will be asked to complete a health questionnaire, and will then be emailed an informed financial consent (i.e., quote) document.

Once you have been booked for your procedure, Dr Ireland will text you a cost estimate and link for a medical survey. If you do not list a mobile number, this information will be sent to you via email.
Dr Ireland will call you prior to your procedure, and will see you the day of.
